Residential customers that install geothermal systems can now experience the same benefits that commercial facilities do, including federal, state, and local tax incentives, lower energy costs and less of an impact on our environment.
Tax Incentives - The federal government offers homeowners and/or builders tax credits of 30% with no limit on qualifying geothermal systems that meet or exceed required energy efficiency standards. Massachusetts also supports energy efficient and alternative systems by offering tax incentives.

Members of our Apprentice team recently completed OSHA-10 training. Mortimer's Safety Policy requires all field personnel to be OSHA-10 certified. Working safely is one of our top priorities.
High End Residential
We are currently involved in the construction of a large custom residence in eastern MA. The project is a Geothermal design with twenty (20) drilled wells. We are performing the Mechanical work for this project as well as providing integrated design/coordination services to assure a seamless MEP installation. Mortimer continues to be on the forefront of the Sustainability, and the Green Energy movement.
