We are currently nearing the end of a year-long new construction project of a brand new LEED certified Academic Center on the campus of Nichols College in Dudley, MA. The project included the installation of high-efficiency hot water boilers, an air-cooled chiller, underground chilled water piping, and multiple fan coil units.
We are currently nearing the end of a Design-Build project in the Root Academic Building on the campus of Fay School in Southborough, MA. The project involved removing numerous heating only unit ventilators passed their life expectancy throughout the building and replacing them with hot water/chilled water unit ventilators. The project involved the installation of a new air-cooled chiller and also a controls upgrade.
Completed a two summer LEED certified renovation project at Worcester Academy's historic Walker Hall. The project included the installation of an Air-Cooled Chiller, Energy Recovery Unit, (2) High-Efficiency Hot Water Boilers, over (90) Fan Coil Units, and all associated piping, ductwork, and accessories. The project was fast-paced and required strict coordination between all trades.
