Recently completed the first phase of a two phase renovation project at Worcester Academy’s historic Walker Hall. The project included the installation of an Air-Cooled chiller, two (2) High-Efficiency Boilers, an Energy Recovery Unit, over (90) fan coil units, and all associated pumps, piping, ductwork, and accessories. The project was a fast-paced summer project that required strict coordination by all trades.
Recently upgraded the heating systems in several buildings on campus at Mount Ida College. The project included the installation of High-Efficiency Hot Water Boilers, and associated piping, pumps, and hydronic specialties. This was a very successful project for the College and will have huge energy savings implications.
Recently replaced two (2) 70-Ton Trane Rooftop Units at the Levine Cancer Center on the UMass Memorial Campus. The project was a fast-paced project with a strict schedule to minimize the shut-down period. The project was completed seamlessly.
